OSHA 301 Export & Offline Mode

At SafetyReports, our team is always adding in new features to help make risk management simple. We introduced two new features to make safety documentation easier than ever: an OSHA 301 Export and Offline mode for Safety forms. Now, you can complete safety forms anywhere, even without an internet connection, and generate a one-click report that compiles all your OSHA 301 data, ready for submission.

These updates are designed to save time, reduce errors, and make compliance smoother for both field and office teams.

Here’s how they work:

Offline Mode for Safety Forms: Safety Without Signal

Why we added Offline Mode: Job sites are notorious for poor connectivity. Whether you’re in a remote area, inside a steel building, or surrounded by heavy machinery, an unreliable internet connection shouldn’t stop you from completing critical safety documentation.

What is SafetyReports’ Offline Mode?: Offline Mode lets you access, fill out, and save forms without an internet connection.

Just enable Offline Mode before losing service, and your available safety forms will be downloaded. With offline mode you can attach photos, capture signatures, and request corrective actions—just like you would online.Once you’re reconnected, simply switch back to Online Mode to sync and submit your completed forms. No delays, no missing paperwork—just smooth, reliable safety documentation.

OSHA 301 CSV Export: One-Click Compliance

Why we added OSHA 301 CSV Exports: Compiling OSHA 301 reports can be a time-consuming, frustrating process. Manually gathering incident details, formatting spreadsheets, and copy-pasting data takes hours—time that safety managers and office admins should be spending on actual safety, not paperwork.

What is SafetyReports’ OSHA 301 CSV Export: The new OSHA 301 CSV Export streamlines your reporting. Instead of pulling data manually, you can now generate a compiled OSHA 301 report in seconds.

Here’s how it works:
1. Set the year filter for the incidents you want to report.
2. Click “Generate OSHA 301 Data.”
3. Download a pre-formatted CSV file that’s ready for OSHA’s ITA system.

No spreadsheets, no copy-pasting, no errors—just fast, accurate compliance reporting.
